Recently I was looking online at a few poker sites because apparently this is an awesome way to try your luck and win some d-o-u-g-h. So I figured I would give it a try. My only problem (which might be your problem too) is that I know absolutely nothing about gambling or poker or any of this stuff.
I found a cool way of getting out of this though and a nice way to either brush up on your skills or to completely learn everything there is to know about gambling and poker.
The solution I found is an online poker guide most likely called a Poker School course. Of course with most schools a course costs money. Not with these sites! Its completely free and you could learn everything there is to learn about poker! Pretty awesome. Lets check out a few examples below:
The Deck: In online poker rooms, just like in the real poker rooms, a wide variety of poker game styles can be found; each having different rules; some styles even have different hand ranks. Whether you play the popular Texas hold em poker or any other style, they all use the same deck. Information about the deck, hands, suits, and ranks.
Hand Rank in Poker: A poker hand is what the poker game is all about, a combination of five cards a player holds in his hand at the end of a poker game round which is also called a hand (though in community card poker games such as Texas hold em poker some of the hand cards will be physically on the table).
The player holding the best, highest ranking poker hand is the big winner. Hand categories include high card, pair, two pair, 3 of a kind, straight, flush, full house, 4 of a kind, Straight Flush - the highest category.
And they tell you what each hand contains as far as samples go. Like Straight flush: All five poker hand cards are in numerical sequence and from the same suit (suited). The highest flush is the “Royal Flush”, AKQJT. The lowest flush is 5432A.
For example: Q (spade) J (spade) 10 (spade) 9 (spade) 8 (spade)
Poker Tips: This includes different poker tips from different dates. We’ll look at Sept 11: Free Roll Strategy Step by Step. And then they give you the exact directions on what a free roll is and the different strategic moves you can make.
How To Play Poker Online: They give you a variety of games you can choose from to learn how to play online. Games such as Texas Hold Em, Omaha, 7 Card Stud, 5 Card Draw, as well as varieties of Omaha, Stud, and Razz. We have Shootout, Sit and Go tournaments, and multi-table tournaments.
